Alice In Wonderland Tilda

It's Always tea time

Hello Crafters!

This is a rather different style of card to my usual fully loaded ones 😉 For the first time I tried the no line technique colouring Alice In Wonderland Tilda ( from the latest Pop-Up Box 4 ) and I was quite pleased with it ( I wanted to try it for ages and now I have tried it , I will definitely be choosing this technique)

Okay, for the base card I used the frame die from VintageBox1 and made an easel card. Instead of using designer papers matt and layer for the front of the card (watercolour cardstock), I used Distress Oxides - Broken China, Amber, Worn Lipstick, Fired Brick, then I stamped the Aces Cards, Checkered Background randomly and the Clock Face in the centre, these stamps are also from the Pop-Up Box 4

I stamped more Aces Cards, Hearts in red archival and Spades in Black Archival and cut them out and used little foam pads to stick them on the ones stamped on the background slightly offsetting them. I embossing the large clock chipboard with Frantage and it is so perfect size that the stamped clock was showing. I die-cut the clock hands (these dies came with the Pop-Up Box 4, too) and I put a touch of antique wax. Tilda was cut out by hand and using foam pads and stuck on the front of the clock. Last but not least, metal key, mirror, stop-clock to finish off this topper.

For the easel part, I used the LDRS Winnie Tea Time paper and stamped the sentiment from the Pop-Up Box 4 and die-cut it with the smallest of the Doohickey Vintage Photo Dies. Oh! the lace and the little Rabbit (it wouldn't be Alice in Wonderland without the Rabiit, right? lol) came from the box too!

The Teacup and saucer, 'Trumpet' are from Doohickey Kit 14

Well, I hope you like this card and would love to hear your comments. Thank you for visiting, hope to see you again soon 😀

Skiing Tilda & Skiing Edwin Christmas Shaker Ornaments

Let’s Craft and Create Challenge 132 - Anything Christmas Goes

Skiing Tilda and Skiing Edwin shaker ornaments

Today is our reminder for Challenge 132 - Anything Goes ( option Christmas) at Let's Craft and Create and I hope you can join in and share your creations with us. Here is my DT inspiration for the reminder - 2 hanging shaker ornaments using Skiing Tilda and Skiing Edwin which I coloured with Distress Inks and cut out by hand.

The frames are cut using Just Cutz stitched circles dies with holographic silver cardstock. I used white cardstock for the background and blended it with weathered wood and tumble glass distress inks

I die cut a round white cardstock the same size as the frame and tore a strip to make hills and I adhered wet glue all over it and added some glitter flakes and stuck to the background with foam pads.

The houses and clouds were cut from Snowglobe by Tim Holtz Dies and coloured by Distress Ink and the Trees from Sue Wilson Creative Expressions which I coloured by Distress Ink and added glitter flakes

That's it! I hope you like them 😉
